Ixora One provides exhibition design, construction, and management services. All project engagements are subject to a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or specific project contract which supersedes these general website terms regarding project deliverables.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to designs, images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of Ixora One or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unapproved use of our designs or portfolio images is strictly prohibited.
3. Limitation of Liability
Ixora One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, this website.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
